The TSX Sport Wagon is reasonably handsome, unreasonably well equipped and I’m willing to give extra points to any company that brings forward an entertaining, useful sport wagon as an alternative to a high-hipped crossover.

The 2011 TSX sport wagon provides enough sportiness to get most drivers in trouble and have the car mentioned in the same sentence with German Avants and American Cadillac CTS wagons. With a starting price of $31,000, it’s cheaper than all of them.

The TSX offers excellent manners in daily driving, a pleasing interior, an impressive amount of standard equipment, plus state-of-the-art navigation and entertainment systems. But the driving experience can be a bit bland.

Though not quite as compelling as a couple other rivals, the 2012 Acura TSX is nonetheless a smart choice for an entry-level luxury sedan or wagon. If you find yourself shopping for a car that’s both sensible and luxurious, we see no reason why it shouldn’t be at the top of your list.

The TSX Sport Wagon seems to be a sound investment. Gifted with rewarding dynamics, top-tier mileage, and impressive versatility, Acura’s newest offering would bolster any automotive portfolio.

While other Acuras suffer muddled messaging and middling performance, the TSX Sport Wagon might hold a clue or two to the way back home to Tochigi. It sticks to Honda’s light, compact, and responsive heritage, with a smidge of the trappings of luxury.

The Acura TSX is very pleasant to drive and feels light and easy to toss into corners.

The 2011 Acura TSX Sport Wagon is a slick-driving, money-saving delight. This is the rare, do-everything family car that automakers are always going on about: handsome, practical, entertaining, technically advanced and fuel-efficient.

As size becomes less of an indicator of luxury status, the Acura TSX Wagon looks better and better. The design is orderly, the fit and finish are exemplary, the interior design is visually attractive, and the equipment levels are comprehensive.

Combining Acura’s typically high levels of features, technology, comfort, and sporty performance, with crossover level cargo flexibility, the 2011 TSX Sport Wagon is impressive.
