The XK is a stunning car to look at, to be inside, and to drive. It feels special and substantive, and everything that makes it so is standard. Jaguar fortified it with this bigger engine. We agree. (And if somebody could permanently banish the electrical gremlins, we’d agree to that, too.)

The 2012 Jaguar XKR-S makes great power with its supercharged V-8 engine and backs it up with fantastic, grippy handling. Slinky styling and a throaty exhaust make this Jaguar nearly as nice to watch from the outside as it is to drive.
