The 2012 Mazda CX-7 is pretty sporty looking and there’s substance behind that sheet metal, as it drives quite well. Where the CX-7 finds itself out of date is under the hood.

There are far more practical and far more comfortable cars out there for similar money, But genuinely good cars have a magnetism that transcends their purpose. And the Mazda CX-7 is genuinely good car.
