Styling wasn’t what the MS3 was all about when it was introduced. It was about being a practical and cost-effective ass-kicker. And the 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 still is.

Some cars are so much fun to drive that it is hard to send them back at the end of a test drive. The MazdaSpeed3 is just such a car, and with a base price of $23,195, it is one of the performance bargains of the year.

The 2010 Mazdaspeed3 offers fun on twisty roads at a bargain price, good looks (although we’re still trying to get used to the new nose), and the practical functionality of a hatchback.

The Mazdaspeed3’s 263 hp turbo engine hauls the mail like nobody’s business. Factor in the comfy seats and big cargo bay, and it’s the epitome of enjoyable, practical transportation.
