The Porsche Turbo S is actually quite luxurious. It offers all of the comfort features of the regular Turbo, to which it adds its own special leather upholstery and 30 more horsepower.

Holy son of a botch! Un-farkin’ believable! Redunculous! Sick! Mother-arfer! These censored and modified for our family programming captions were all followed by: “That’s fast!” Yes, the 2011 Porsche 911 Turbo S is wicked insanely fast.

The Porsche 911 Turbo S is a very satisfying car. It’s a very, very rapid car, even in the current era of hyper-fast production cars.

You could drive a Turbo daily — it’s got the most luxury, space (hey, two back seats for the kids!), and refined powertrain of any supercar. But the rock-hard suspension can’t absorb bumps.

The seventh-generation Porsche 911 Turbo features the first truly new engine in the model’s 35-year history. Result? A car that is greatly improved, and could very well be the most “livable” supercar in the world.

The 911 Turbo delivers performance that competes with cars that cost substantially more, while providing everyday usability that most exotics simply can’t match. In that regard, it retains the spirit of that original 1974 Turbo.

If there is such thing as an ultimate performance car for the everyday driver, The Porsche 911 Turbo surely has to be it. It’s a car you hop into and feel confident right from the outset, despite its huge capabilities.

From every facet, even under the most revealing light, the new 2010 Porsche 911 Turbo is a perfectly polished gem for all occasions. The original everyday supercar.

Porsche took an already fantastic car and updated it where it matters – under the sheet metal. The new 911 Turbo, while not inexpensive, truly, an everyday supercar. It’s fast and smooth and drives like nobody’s business, which is to say, perfect.

The 2010 911 Turbo is an astonishing, pure driving experience, despite the layers of technology added to cope with its copious power. And it’s still distinctly a Porsche.

So, what’s it like to drive? It’s fast (it has a top speed of 194 mph, though I could only get it up to 150 mph on track), smooth, and handles perfectly. Porsche took an already fantastic car and updated it where it matters – under the sheet metal.

There are any number of cars that can thrill in perfect circumstances. Far fewer are those that can be driven any time, anywhere. That is the true beauty of the Porsche 911 Turbo. One minute, it’s challenging a Ferrari on a race track, and the next it’s following a Suburban up a snowy road.
