Jaguar XF
Sedan |
Sensational visual execution, rewarding driving feel, sophisticated automotive soul and an extraordinary (optional) engine make the Jaguar XF serious competition.

2010
Honda Insight
Hatchback |
The new Honda Insight is coming to our market touted as the cheapest hybrid in America. Add to that a real attempt at driving pizazz, comfortable accommodations and a nice list of standard features (including an iPod, MP3, USB port).

2010
BMW Z4
Convertible |
BMW should be commended for building a vehicle that rewards emotionally, aesthetically and philosophically. The Z4 is a supremely well made driver’s machine.

Ford Flex
SUV/Truck |
With the 2010 Flex, Ford has redefined the future of family transportation. This is a solid and unique package that is very utilitarian. With the powerful EcoBoost engine, this family mover of the future is a hoot to drive.

Toyota Tacoma
SUV/Truck |
The Tacoma is solid as a rock, fast, fairly affordable and extraordinarily utilitarian. This is a great truck that will last for a very long time.

Ford Fusion Hybrid
Sedan |
Ford has swung for the fences and built a genuinely entertaining, midsized hybrid—which happens to be the most fuel efficient midsized hybrid in the country.

2009
Honda Fit
Hatchback |
The 2009 Honda Fit is one of the best cars in its class. I cannot recommend it highly enough, for it is such a sweet package for the price. Yes, you can get cheaper cars for a couple thousand less, but they cannot touch the quality and workmanship of the Honda Fit.

2009
Mazda 6
Sedan |
The Mazda 6 is such a compelling machine, Ford should cut ALL of their staff, models and infrastructure and let Mazda take over to rebuild. They KNOW how to make cars that compete – right now!

2010
Lincoln MKS
Sedan |
This is a great car that represents the best of what Lincoln can deliver. Few vehicles can compete with its power plant and fewer still can equal its value. The Lincoln MKS is destined to become a modern classic.

2010
Volkswagen GTI
Hatchback |
All of the go-fast additions to the 2010 Volkswagen GTI truly represent real performance potential. This is not a mock-up of a sporty machine or a “boy racer.” The new GTI is the real deal.

Rather than traverse new terrain and build a Toyota Prius that has more performance savvy, sportier legs or aggressive looks, Toyota continued on a familiar path—economy.

2009
Volkswagen Passat CC

The Volkswagen CC could be a compelling alternative to the Audi A4 for many shoppers. You get fantastic German engineering, astounding looks and an executive friendly designed interior, all of which easily rivals (and in some cases – trumps) the Audi A4.
