If you were in the market for a mid-sized sedan, you’d be hard-pressed to do better than the 2010 Legacy. If money is tight, the 2010 Subaru Legacy 2.5i at $19,995 is, to us, the best deal on the market today for a luxurious all-wheel drive sedan.

Acura has mixed it up with what could have been a stodgy extension of the MDX and created the interesting and fun-to-drive four-door ZDX. Good work, Acura.

The 2011 Jetta, really, is a steal in the category. The newly redesigned model demands more attention and interior quality aside, it means some serious business, which is a rarity in the class.

All the time that Infiniti spent engineering the new QX shows – it’s larger, more sumptuous and overall, reflects the brand ethos in a much more enlightened way.

The Allroad looks great, drives like a charm, and is in that sweet spot between a crossover and a wagon. While the price tag may be a bit daunting, the Allroad presents a compelling premium buy. With the Allroad, the choice doesn’t come down luxury or utilitarianism—why not have both?

The Prius C is a great alternative to the basic economy car and presents a stylish, safe alternative with amazing gas mileage.

The Fiat 500 Abarth is a fun little car in a crowded and ever-changing segment, and does a fine job of standing out thanks to clever packaging and a good power-to-size ratio. “Small but wicked” isn’t really too far off the mark.
