Hyundai’s Sonata is better looking, bigger inside, more fuel efficient and better to drive than its competitors, and it also retains its value just as well. If the Sonata sounds almost too good to be true, I can assure you that it is both very good and very true.

The Volkswagen GTI is a fantastic car inside and out. It’s great to drive, easy to live with, and a tremendous value. Would I spend my own money on one? You bet your back bumper I would.

Despite it’s cheap interior, the 2010 Corvette Grand Sport is still an amazing car, brimming with character, value, and a higher fun factor than exotics costing three times as much. Would I buy one? In a heartbeat.

The Civic GX is clean, it’s safe, and from the driver’s perspective, it’s almost totally transparent — if I handed you the keys to a Civic GX and sent you out for a ride, you’d probably have no idea you were driving anything other than an ordinary gasoline-powered Civic.

Just like the original Fit, the new 2009 Honda Fit is a perfect car for the times — small outside, big inside, and practical all around.

The XJ does everything a Jaguar should do. It’s beautiful inside and out. Its road manners are smooth, serene, and competent. And most importantly, it envelops its occupants in a cocoon of opulence of which even Her Majesty the Queen would surely approve.

How do I love the Audi A5 Cabriolet? Let me count the ways. It’s beautifully styled outside and nicely finished inside. It rides comfortably, handles sharply, and it’s good fun to drive.
